At Hunting Down Under, we strive to provide transparent and reliable shipping information to our customers and are committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service.
We ensure that your orders are carefully packaged and shipped in a timely manner. We aim to deliver a seamless experience from checkout to delivery. If your package is delivered damaged we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible to request a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you a refund and you can re-order off our website. As we are a small business this process makes it easier to manage stock and easier for you to see what is available. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
